General Info
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. However, we may be able to cancel it and process a refund. You may then reorder with the correct items. Please contact us on enquiries@farthingsbathrooms.co.uk

General Info
We aim to deliver all our products within 1-5 days. However, on most of our items you can also choose a delivery day that suits you best. We are currently working very hard with our suppliers and delivery partners to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely manner. We are currently delivering all our in-stock items within the estimated timeframe.
When your order is dispatched either from our warehouse or from our suppliers’ warehouse you will be notified by either phone call, email or text. Delivery through our main delivery supplier enables us to send you a text message with a link for you to choose a delivery day that best suits you. Unfortunately not all our delivery partners offer this service or a trackable service. In this instance you will still be notified of the delivery, but tracking will not be provided.
Deliveries can take place between 7:00am-7:00pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery – our drivers are encouraged to ring/text 1 hour before your delivery. Any missed deliveries may incur a delivery charge.
We do offer a next day delivery service depending on stock levels. Should an item be in stock, and you order it before 2pm next day delivery should be available.
If you are not home for your delivery, we will attempt 3 more times. We will send you and text/email to rearrange your delivery, on our last attempt we will call you. If you do not rearrange your delivery, we will not attempt to redeliver, and the item will be returned and refunded. Any missed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge.
Depending on what you have ordered a £15+vat delivery charge may be added to your order.
General Info
We would hope that all of our customers will be happy with their purchases, but if you do need to return items please email us : enquiries@farthingsbathrooms.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will then advise you on the next steps. However your items must be in their original packaging, uninstalled & boxed with a copy of your order confirmation. Should we advise you to send your items back you are reasonable for the cost and the postage of your return. We would also recommend that you send back your items on a tracked delivery. Please note that for some branded items the deal will need to be unbroken for us to be able to accept a return. For larger items much as enclosures please contact us if you need to return as will need to arrange a collection.
Our drivers also have the right to refuse a collection should the item not comply with the criteria you submitted.
For some items/products you may incur a £25 restocking charge. A refund will be processed once we have processed your return and may take up to 14 days to show in your account.
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer this service. However, we are continuously updating our website so do keep an eye out!
Every care will be taken by our courier team to ensure that your item(s) arrive in perfect condition. But occasionally accidents do happen and if an item does happen to be damaged on arrival, please inform us immediately at enquiries@farthingsbathrooms.co.uk or via the suppliers link they will provide. If you have refused the delivery, you just need to email us to let us know and advise weather you would like us to provide a replacement or to refund you in full. If you have accepted the delivery, please take clear photos of the damage, and email it to us within 48hrs of delivery or use the link provided via our delivery company. Again, please do let us know whether you would like us to collect and replace the item(s) or collect and refund you in full.
Deliveries must be checked as soon as they are delivered as any damages or shortages must be reported within 48hr for us to arrange replacement items. Damages reported outside of this time limit will be refused by most manufacturers.

Yes, add all the products you would like to your basket, and they will check out together. Please note that some items may come at different times depending on where they are stocked. All information will be sent to you to keep you up to date.
Our sister company, Farthings Plumbing and Heating based in Leicestershire, can install any of our products. They also offer a full design service. Should you be within the Leicestershire area please do get in touch with them on 0116 232 1031.

We try our hardest to ensure our warehouse and suppliers always have adequate stock. Should this not be the case this should show on the website. Please do emails us at enquiries@farthingsbathrooms.co.uk for a lead time on your item, It may be due in stock soon, in this case we can process your order and deliver it once it becomes available.
